About this garden
What lives here, and why it is a garden instead of a blog.
I keep this place to think in public. It holds four kinds of things: notes on software engineering and on architecture and cities, recipes and kitchen experiments, and game design logs, along with raw sketches that are not ready for anyone else.
Nothing here is finished on purpose. A note starts as a seedling and gets tended over time, so the date to look at is when it was last tended, not when it was first written. The labels are explained in Welcome to the garden.
